The available completion statuses for a Task

Values

CANCELLED

The task no longer applies, it's no longer valid to complete. This is a final state.

COMPLETE

The task has been completed by the user or agent. This is a final state.

EXPIRED

The task was not completed within the allotted time. This is a final state.

INCOMPLETE

Everything is resolved, and it is visible to the user, ready for the (human?) user to review or interact with.

PENDING

We are still building this task. There are one or more things associated to this task that still need to be resolved, e.g. task assignment strategies, resources that we need to associate and potentially create in order to associate, message drafts that need to be pre-drafted, etc.

SNOOZED

The task has been snoozed, it will not be visible to the user until the snoozed period is over.
